Shipping Delays

Due to many products being shipped internationally, COVID-19 has delayed the manufacturing and shipping for a large number of furniture products throughout the home furnishings industry.

Currently, most products are shipping within 3 to 6 weeks. However, there are delays on some products that are pushing them out to 6 to 10 weeks’ time. 

We will do our best to keep you up-to-date on all orders that are not following the 3 to 6 week time-line. 

Unfortunately, there have also been circumstances of orders getting "pushed back". Meaning, when the order is placed, our manufacturer states a specified date of arrival that gets moved or "bumped" to a later date. Again, these instances are out of our control, but we will work with you throughout the entire process to ensure you are as educated on the estimated time of arrival on your product as we are. 

If delayed shipping does not work, and you wish to cancel your purchase, we totally understand! Any order cancelled prior to the receipt of the product will receive a full refund! 

On the bright side, a large majority of furniture is not impacted by these delays, and you should have nothing to worry about surrounding the arrival date of your order! 

We apologize for any inconvenience the extended shipping times may cause, but we thank you for your understanding during these difficult times.  

HOWEVER: You can visit our  Sandy Showroom to view our large selection of furniture that we have on display. Many of the items that are on display are also IN STOCK and available for immediate pick up or delivery is available.
