for this website and terms for purchases, delivery and pick up of items
purchased.
If you use
this site, you are agreeing to and are bound to the the following terms.
1. All efforts will be made to safeguard your personal information.
Information will be dispersed, as required, to meet your specific request.
No other parties will have access to any information you provide to us.
2. Email is not
secure. Our "contact us" form information is transmitted to us via email and
you accept the risk that this information may be intercepted by a third
party.
3. For your
convenience, we have links to other web sites. The fact that we link to a
site does not mean we endorse or approve of that sites ads, products or
services.
4. We reserve
the right to make changes to this site without notice. We attempt to provide
accurate and current information, but do not guarantee it. User is
responsible for verifying information. We do not warranty information on
this web site.
BEFORE YOU BUY:
Before purchasing,
measure the area you plan to place your new furniture in, as well as the
dimensions of the furniture you plan to purchase to ascertain that the items
purchased will fit in the desired location in your home. We will gladly
provide you with the dimensions of the furniture. Also, measure any doorways
(height and width) through which the furniture must pass to get to its final
position in your home. We are not responsible if you, or our delivery
personnel, cannot get the items into your home to the desired location.
Identify any delivery obstacles.
Special order items
require a minimum of 50% down payment. The down payment is non-refundable on
special order items. Full payment is required prior to the pickup or
delivery of the special order items. Arrangement for pickup or delivery, of
the special order items, must be made within seven calendar days to avoid
storage fees. All sales are final on special order items.
PREPARING FOR DELIVERY:
-Our delivery personnel cannot enter your home unless accompanied by an
Adult of 18 years of age or older
- Remove snow or any other obstacles that might hinder our delivery crew.
Delivery personnel have the right to refuse unsafe delivery conditions.
- Our delivery personnel are not allowed to do carpentry or electrical work,
install built-in appliances.
- Please make sure all animals are out of harms way. We will not be
responsible for animals escaping from your home.
- Prepare your room for our delivery personnel. We will set up your
furniture, assemble if required, clean up and remove all packing materials.
- Removal of old furniture and personal items must be completed prior to our
delivery. Our delivery personnel are not permitted to move furniture, or
personal items, that are not part of the delivery.
-Should you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least two
days prior to the scheduled delivery date in order to avoid a rescheduling
fee.
PICKING UP MERCHANDISE:
-
Advantage Furniture is open six days a week for pick up of your merchandise.
Our hours for pick-up are 9am to 4pm Monday thru Friday and 11am to 4pm on
Saturday.
- We request a 24 hour notice needed for assembly purposes.
-Once
merchandise is packed into private vehicles and leaves our property, it
becomes the responsibility of the driver / buyer.
Please bring your straps
and tarps and use them when it is appropriate.
-Customer’s signature on the pick-up ticket will verify acknowledgement of
receipt of merchandise in good condition.
-We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after leaving our
warehouse. All sales are final once you pick up the furniture.
